Terms of Service
These terms apply to the ZeroWait website and service provided by ZeroWaitAI, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By using the website or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
ZeroWait is an AI assistant that replies to your customers on WhatsApp, books appointments, sends reminders and follow-ups, and shares updates with you. Replies are generated automatically and may sometimes be wrong. You stay responsible for your appointments and for how you serve your customers.
Your responsibilities
- Use a WhatsApp Business account you are allowed to use, and follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy.
- Message only customers who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and honour STOP requests.
- Give accurate working hours, services and prices.
- Do not use ZeroWait for spam, illegal content, or to collect sensitive data that isn't needed for a booking.
- Show your own customers a privacy notice that mentions ZeroWait processes their booking data for you.
Fees and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe, plus applicable GST. Founding prices shown against a regular price apply to the founding customers who join during the launch offer and stay fixed while they remain subscribed. You can cancel any time before your next billing date; the service continues until the end of the paid month. [REFUND POLICY, e.g. fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.]
Data
You own your customers' data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and our data processing agreement with you. When you leave, we delete or return it within [PERIOD].
Availability
We work to keep ZeroWait running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, including by WhatsApp or internet outages outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. ZeroWait is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana have jurisdiction.
